Return Policy

• Software and accessories may be returned within five (5) business days from the date purchased without penalty.
• All refunds must be in original sealed packages; opened merchandise will not be accepted under any condition.
• Original invoice and register receipt must accompany all returns.
• Computers, Peripheral Hardware & Special Orders are not returnable.
• A manufacturer’s warranty, if any, takes effect at time of purchase.
• Returns accepted outside the above guidelines are subject to a 20% restocking fee or loss of deposit.
• The Micro/Station reserves the right and responsibility to refuse any refund where there has been an abuse of the above policy.
