UIC services and supports what it sells. UIC is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We can facilitate the service of your computer on campus. No need to have to trudge off campus anymore to get service, we can take care of it right here.

Please be prepared with the following when you come in for service:

• Bring in computer and associated accessories (power cord, keyboard, mouse)
• On sign in sheet, please provide the administrator password (if applicable)
• On sign-in sheet, please provide purchase date of computer and AppleCare information (if purchased separate)
• Note, machines over 3 years old are not covered under AppleCare, so there will be a charge for parts and service
• User damaged machines are not covered under AppleCare.
